My cooking is getting better than the first time cooking with Freda.
Such a mess we had in the kitchen.
I must say that she is not a good cook either.
Have been eating a lot of eggs recently. Experimenting different ways of cooking omelette to get the perfect round shape. Oh ya, I must be proud of myself because I made prawn omelette! It was perfect! HAHA!
I am eating healthy food although I still continue to savour mamak food. Mamak food is a sinful treat when your stomach is grumbling in the middle of the night! I never worry about gaining weight because I'll never gain weight. My metabolisms are too extreme.
Finished the last 10 siew mai. I miss em already.Next morning,I'll be having instant oat with lotsa cereals which slowly I get used to it. It feels like eating mucus and it is tasteless because I didn't add milk into it. I love collecting raisins and dried peaches at the side then eat them all one by one after finishing the whole bowl of oat. It feels rewarding!

Cart Noodles

The perfect combination of a bowl of cart noodles or ( Che-Zai-Min )!
Curry Fishballs, Curry Skins, Curry cuttlefish, Marinated eggs, Marinated pork intestines and more delightful when added with Marinated beef brisket and vege :D
All I want now is a bowl of hot cart noodle!
Have been spending the whole afternoon upgrading my PSP's firmware to the latest one because mine was too old. Some new games couldn't support it. My friends asked me not to do it by myself because it is quite risky. I took the risk and with tutorials from Youtube. Nothing is impossible.
It was tedious as I started upgrading from 3.71m33 to 5.00m33. Then I found some games were still not working so I downloaded a few updates again..and so it went from 5.00m33-2 to 5.20 and lastly 5.50 GEN-D2. I stumble upon the latest 6.10 firmware but 5.50 is good enough. I still can't play Tekken 6. I wonder why!

To upgrade from 5.00m33 to 5.50 Gen ( recommended to update to 5.50 GEN-D2 after installing 5.50 firmware)
I am happy with the outcome. Now,I can even change the whole layout theme of my psp. Gosh, all of them are so cool! So, check it out!

The rising star from Malaysia. She is really good in singing.She wrote her own songs despite
she looked very lala on every promo tour she attended.
Lavinia and Alex were totally in love with her perfect face features.
Meeting Karen Kong for the second time. The first time was in Sandakan. Wasn't sitting that close to her because Sandakan people was kiasu when there is celebrity doing some promo tour. Any celebrity will do, we are bored till death. So, might as well get ourself entertained by giving support and rooting em.So, new faces in the entertainment industry never left out Sandakan as the place to do promo tour.
Must pay attention to one of her ballads, 舔傷. Very powerful vocal!
Ah yes, I purchased her album because those bitches and bastards were really cheapskates.
"Aiya,go buy her album la! Give support la,watch people sing then don't buy you feel good or not oh! "
Later,I found out 2 of them took the posters without purchasing the album and went up to the stage to let her sign the poster. Damn kiam sap la you guys.
The next day, those brats came to ask me for the ripped song from her album.

A quick update before catching up with friends in Sunway Pyramid.
Emerge Rising 2009 was held in Sunway Convention center last week. They had performances, competitions and conferences for 3 consecutive days. Days and Nights. I missed Friday night but I had full attendance on Saturday and Sunday except the morning. Marked on my calender! Not gonna miss any worship and sermon from Pastor Kong Hee.
Praise The Lord!

Have not seen him for awhile since he left Sunway to start his studies in Kedah.
As you can see, from the picture above.I am still with my blonde hair and fringe.
So,this is an old post! A very very overdue post! Just got these photos from Ck. He was using DLSR that night so it was impossible for me to transfer the photos to my cheap camera even though they were made from the same manufacturer. Each pictures is about 5-whooping-mb!
Haha, the pictures are kinda yellowish and reddish. Well, SLR pro please forgive us. Ck was an amateur that time and three of us were happened to be over excited to see DSLR ( which I am not for sure) till he didn't have the time to set the perfect white balance.
Turned out very yellowish but it is ok..what matters ? We have photos and they are awesome!
We went Papa John that night because I heard from Ying Ying that their pizza are not bad. I must say that the chicken wings are the best in town! Can beat Pizza Hut's deli wings.
Did so many color balance settings. Still yellowish!

Another fav. in Papa John! The breadsticks were mistaken as sausages.
They taste real good with garlic or salsa sauce.

Not gonna have steamboat for at least 2 months from now!
First, I am tired of fish balls,fish cakes and all the machine made fish food.
Secondly, I hate the broth when it tastes so awful after putting in so food that came from different origins.
Third, food is always tasteless when you cook it for too long!
Fourth,why am I always spitting something weird out when I am having steamboat!
Fifth, there is no pork! NO PORK! no pork intestines!
Sixth,cooking everything in a pot shows no civilization at all!
Lastly, satay celup is absolutely better than steamboat! ( cheaper too!)

We tried the new steamboat restaurant in Bandar Sunway called Tasty Pot.
Lavinia said Yuen sucks and we are tired of Chung Ching. There is a tight competition for steamboat restaurant in Bandar Sunway. Imagine, there are almost 7-8 steamboat restaurants located in a same area! But no one can beat Yuen steamboat because of their speciality in chicken wings! Must be kiasu enough to get those chicken wings because it will all be gone in 2 minutes!

It will be my friend's hang out place when I am back to my hometown because we are tired of Jesselton Cafe, De Venice and the other "class act" cafe in Sandakan. Well, Kim Fung pasar will still continue it's legacy to be the best hang out spot for hot and juicy 'wo tie', chicken wing , mixed noodles and desserts!
I guess my first dish from Secret Recipe will be at the Sandakan's branch.
I never feed myself in that restaurant (except for cakes) because you have so many choices! Why secret recipe! Nothing special also wat....!
